The information contained herein may not be used, copied, performed, distributed, rented, sublicensed, altered or stored for subsequent use, in whole or in part, in any manner, without the express prior written consent of The Farties Inc. (unless such use constitutes fair use under the Copyright Act) the exception is only for a single temporary copy in a single computer's memory and a single permanent copy to be used by the user. All information contained herein is believed by The Farties Inc. to be accurate and reliable. Because of the possibility of human and mechanical error as well as other factors, The Farties Inc. is not responsible for any errors or omissions, either its own or its information providers'. All information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Farties Inc. makes no representations and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to user and/or any third party, including as to accuracy, timeliness, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

The Farties Inc. shall under no circumstance be liable to user or any third party for any lost profits or lost opportunity, or any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, from any application of the information provided within this site, even if The Farties Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Farties Inc. have no liability in tort, contract, or otherwise (and, as permitted by law, product liability), to user or any third party.

Some Canadian provinces, and foreign countries provide rights in addition to those above, or do not allow excluding or limiting implied warranties, or liability for incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the above limitations may not apply to you or there may be provincial provisions which supersede the above. Any clause declared invalid shall be deemed severable and not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder. These terms and policies may only be amended in a writing signed by an authorized officer of The Farties Inc. and are governed by the laws of the Canada and the Province of Ontario.

B - Shipment

We offer Canada Post Purolator for your shipping convenience. The cost of the shipping that shows up on the shopping cart invoice is automatically calculated for you. The final cost is determined based on: 1) the size of the envelopes and/or boxes in which the items are shipped 2) the weight of the items and 3) the postal code or zip code is used to estimate the distance e the item is being shipped. These elements added together result in the shipping cost amount shown on the shopping cart invoice.

C - Prices and Item Availability

All prices are subject to change with out notice. We will make every attempt to maintain in stock inventory but from time specific items may be out of stock. Items will be maintained, added and/or deleted from time to time based on supplier availability and customer demand. Items are subject to change without notice.

D - Return/Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds, only exchanges on damaged items. The customer will return damaged items within 14 days at their expense. Upon receiving the damaged goods The Farties Inc., at there sole discretion may replace the item as ordered or replace it with a similar item of equivalent value. If items are damaged by the shipper it is the customer's responsibility not to accept the shipment.

E - Errors

We take a great deal of care to ensure that the information on this site is both accurate and current. However, errors are occasionally made. We understand that these errors may cause our customers some inconvenience - for which we apologize, but we cannot compensate nor accept any liability for consequences arising from such errors.

F- Privacy

We consider "personal information" to be information about an individual. We do not consider public information found in directories and listings, or business names, addresses and/or contact numbers, to be personal information.

We will only collect and use personal information about our customers to identify them, to communicate with them, to protect the Company and its customers against error and fraud, to understand what products and services our customers want and to provide information about our products and services to our customers. We will not disclose any personal information concerning our customers to anyone else and we will not permit anyone else to use personal information about our customers for any purpose without the customer's consent.

We will use and disclose an individual's personal information only for the purposes stated above, unless we have the individual's consent to using or disclosing it for another purpose. We will only keep personal information about individuals for as long as we need it to fulfill our stated purposes.

We will maintain all personal information in our possession in as accurate, complete and up-to-date form as is necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used.
